We are excited to share our real estate knowledge with current and future clients! Misty, Muff, and I are passionate about helping everyone find, sell or manage their real estate in Northern Virginia and Maryland. 

When Misty, already a seasoned real estate agent, started Click & Pick Realty almost 20 years ago, she wanted to use the online functionalities that were newly emerging in the industry. She built a robust website with property search, finance tools, and tips for home buying and selling.

Twenty years later in the digital age of everyone searching for real estate through various phone-based apps, we realized the “Click & Pick” slogan no longer rang true for our brand. 

Our new name better ties to our experience, attention to detail, and honest, communicative approach to real estate. 

A Patera is a circular ornament found in classical architecture and often adorned with leaves or flower petals. The Patera Properties name better reflects our growth, the energy we bring to our work, and our commitment to our clients. 

Since joining the team last year, I have been excited to bring my experience in architecture, affordable housing, and project management to the team. The Patera name ties in my architectural background to the heritage of my family’s knowledge of the area’s real estate market. The three of us are also all avid gardeners! 

From day one, our mission has been to help people in all of their real estate needs and make their dreams come to life.  

While we may have a new name, we are still the same team working to provide you exceptional service. Misty, Muff, and Sarah are committed to meeting all of your real estate needs. We hope the new website will provide helpful tools and resources to aid in your property needs.
